Stopping in to the local Big Lots SouthFinding Item with Price tags $2.99 and then One for $4.00 I figured it was for a mark down from $4.00 To $2.99Wrong told at checkout this item is now $4.00.So watch sometimes it isn't marked down it's marked up. What a Discount Store.
